GreenMeans Game & Simulation Terms
By playing GreenMeans, accessing the simulated environments, or downloading related game assets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you should not access or play the simulator.
GreenMeans is a 3D procedural simulation game designed purely for ecological education and support of green community values. All coordinates, litter patterns, and scores are fictional representations. Picking up real-world litter can be hazardous and should always be pursued with proper specialised protective equipment (such as gloves, heavy-duty grabs, and hi-visibility waistcoats) as prompted in our Eco Guide.
The game engine, textures, and downloadable procedural configurations are open resources. Any custom PNG-based items created or loaded by players to work within the game must conform to standard bottom-anchored coordinates as described in ENGINE.md. You retain ownership of your custom designs, but authorise the simulation to map them onto the player's local visual display buffers.
User progress (scores, cosmetic trails, upgrades, level status) is stored strictly on your local browser cache via LocalStorage. The development server does not persist personal user gameplay telemetry or remote cookie profiles. Exporting and importing saving blocks is the sole responsibility of the user.
This simulation is supplied "as-is" without any explicit or implied fitness warranties. Under no circumstances shall the creators, publishers, or support parties be held liable for any digital discrepancies or offline activities inspired by the ecological gamification model.
